Lola Reams

Herrin- Lola Reams, 85, of Marion, IN, formerly of Herrin, passed away at 10:28 PM, Friday, May 4, 2007 at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home in Wabash, IN. Lola was born on September 9, 1921 in Makanda to Edgar & Dolly Williams. She married John Reams on May 10, 1958 in Carbondale. He preceded her in death on September 18, 1992. She was a homemaker and a Christian. She enjoyed picnics and outings with friends and family and listening to gospel music. Survivors include- Son & daughter in law- Ray & Modelle Nance of Wabash, IN Daughter- Patricia Fay Nance of Wabash, IN Son & daughter in law- Larry Gene & Patricia Nance of Bush Daughter- Donna Kay Reams of Wabash, IN Son & daughter in law- John L. & Jenny Reams of Marion, IN Ten Grandchildren Twelve Great Grandchildren Many nieces, nephews and cousins She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son; Gary Nance and daughter; Margie L. Nance. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 10, 2007 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Don Colson will officiate. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Makanda. Visitation will be from 5-9:00 PM, Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home.
