Lorraine Cheatham

Herrin- Lorraine Cheatham, 75, of Herrin, died at 9:46 PM, Saturday, November 8, 2003 at Union County Hospital in Anna. Lorraine was born on Christmas Day 1927 in Herrin to Amiel & Mary Almara (Daily) Conaway. She married Edison Cheatham on March 29, 1962. He preceded her in death on January 20, 1981. She was a homemaker and of protestant faith. Survivors: Three Daughters; Sherry Kinley- Herrin Delilah Neri- Oregon Sharla Herring- Herrin Nine Grandchildren Eleven Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents & husband. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Pastor Dale Barnhurst will officiate. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery.
