Louis H. Lattuada

Herrin- Louis Lattuada, 66, of Herrin, died at 4:32 PM, Friday, September 26, 2003 at Herrin Hospital. Louis was born on June 15, 1937 in Herrin to Louis H. & Josephine (Pessina) Lattuada; Sr. He married Linda K. Perrine on September 11, 1959 in Herrin. She survives of Herrin. Mr. Lattuada worked as a Job Superintendent for Galloway Construction in Marion for fifteen years. He was an active member and president of the board of trustees of Union Gospel Mission in Herrin. In his spare time, Louis enjoyed goose and duck hunting on area lakes and rivers with his son, spending time with his family, and watching his grandchildren play ball. His family enjoyed and will remember his special homemade chocolate pies and ice cream. He was a member of Carpenters Union #638 of Marion. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Robert Jilek will officiate. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City. Visitation will be from 5-9:00 PM, Monday, September 29, 2003 at the funeral home.
