Lucille Vaughn

Florissant, MO- Lucille Vaughn, 90, of Florissant, MO, died at 11:45 AM, Saturday, August 11, 2007 at her home. Lucille was born on March 11, 1917 in Bush to Harrison & Reba (Robison) Webb. She married Jimmy Vaughn on March 13, 1993 in St. Louis, MO. He preceded her in death on June 25, 2002. She worked as an administrative assistant at Ryerson Steel for thirty two years prior to her retirement. She was an active member of the Florissant Assembly of God. She enjoyed playing the piano, reading the Bible, shopping and traveling with her family. Survivors include- Sister in law- LaValle Webb of St, Louis, MO Eight nieces & nephews Eight great nieces & nephews Six great great nieces & nephews Five great great great nieces & nephews She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and three brothers- Leo, Harlan & Robert Webb. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Don Colson will officiate. Burial will follow at Blairsville Cemetery in Blairsville. Visitation will be from 6-9:00 PM, Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
