Mardell M Scheibler

Marion- MARDELL M. SCHEIBLER, age 90, of Marion, formerly of Chicago, passed away at 8:50pm on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Parkway Manor Nursing Home in Marion. Mardell was born in Chicago on November 4, 1922, the daughter of Charles and Mary Mae (Adas) Emerson. She married Herbert Scheibler, who preceded her in death in 1995. Mrs. Scheibler spent her life as a homemaker, caring for her children and her husband. Survivors include two daughters- Sandy and Ralph Devasier of Marion Darlyne and Arthur Canon of Chicago Grandson- Michael Weber of Chicago Nieces- Mary Ellen Krohlman of Washington, DC Mary Kay Duval of Key West, FL Nephew- Charles Emerson of Stratford, CT Six great nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her parents, husband- Lt. Col. Herbert Scheibler, grandson- Baron Barendsen, brother- Charles Emerson DDS, Aunt- Nel Weber, and Aunt- Annette Vanselow. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Monsignor Thomas Flach officiating. Visitation will be held from noon-1:00pm on Thursday at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home. Interment will be held at noon on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Obion, Tennessee.
