But, most of all she was my lady. I called her Lonnies Lady! I dearly loved Marilyn every moment of the forty-two years we had together. I will love and miss Marilyn every moment of the years that remain in my life. The massive stroke that struck Marilyn destroyed many good features of Marilyns life, most of all her appearance. Her face and body were left paralyzed and lifeless. In honor of her wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Good-bye pretty wife and thank you for the forty-two wonderful years.
