Mary Dungey, 92, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 1:10 P.M. at her home.
Mary was the last surviving of the thirteen children of Elijah Powell and Ida Belle (Deaton) Ivy. She was born January 26, 1920 in New Burnside. She married J.D. Dick Dungey on June 13, 1936 in New Burnside and together they have been blessed with over 76 years of marriage.
She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Marion.

Preceded by her Parents, Son-in-law Herman A. Rippy, Jr., Brothers Aud Ivy, John Ivy and Mel Ivy and Sisters Ethel Pasquino and Bertice Deaton.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 1 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Dr. Bob Wagner officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be 10 A.M. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
