Herrin- Mary Madeline (Margherio) Shoemaker, 88, of Los Angeles, CA, formerly of Herrin, passed away at Montrose Healthcare Center in Montrose, CA, on Friday, March 18, 2005. Mary was born on October 16, 1916 in Herrin to Charles & Domenica Margherio. She worked for Cannon Electric for eighteen years prior to her retirement. SURVIVORS: Son & Daughter in law- Charles & Cheryl Shoemaker- Los Angeles, CA Two Grandchildren Five Great Grandchildren Three Great Great Grandchildren Sister- Lena Moat- St. Louis, MO She was preceded in death by her parents. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 26, 2005 at San Carlo Cemetery in Herrin. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at the cemetery.
