Mima G. Willard

Mima G. Willard, 88, of Marion passed away at her residence on Wednesday, July 17, 2002 at 5:30 P.M. Graveside Funeral Services will be held for Mima on Saturday, July 20, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Energy, IL with the Rev. Gordon Lantrip officiating. Mima was born on October 16, 1913 in Perks, Illinois to J.W. & Edna (Groves) Swafford; they both preceded her in death. She married Carl Willard in Tonopah, Nevada, he passed away on April 10, 1985. Mima was a Homemaker and a member of the New Dennison Baptist church. She is survived by a son and daughter in law, David and Pat Willard of Marion, IL. Two granddaughters; Sherry (Greg) Kinkoph of Fishers, IN and Melissa (Doug) Cannon also of Fishers, IN. Two great-grandsons; Jacob Douglas and Joshua David Cannon of Fishers, IN. One Brother, Samuel ?Jack? Swafford of Marion, IL and one sister, Christine Boester of Marion, IL. Mima was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl, two sisters, Reta Price and Zona Brach and two brothers, Orville Swafford and Lloyd Swafford.
