Minnie M. Rendleman

Herrin - Minnie M. Rendleman, 94, died at 4:05 AM, Friday, May 3, 2002 at Herrin Hospital. Miss Rendleman was born on July 31, 1907 in Jackson Co., IL to Henry Clinton & Nancy Jane (Hiller) Rendleman. Minnie was a homemaker and cared for those that were in need from her home in Herrin. She retired in 1975. She was a member of Energy Methodist Church and attended the First Church of God in Herrin when she was able. Her free time was spent going to yard sales and recounting memories of the past to her family. SURVIVORS: Nephew- Clinton & wife Marie Rendleman- Carterville Niece- Elizabeth McGinnis- Herrin Niece- Martha & husband Paul Russell- Herrin Niece- Florence & husband Harold Gene Baggett- Santa Anna, Ca Niece- Ruby & husband Don Hobbs- Herrin Many Great Nieces & Nephews and Great-Great Nieces & Nephews She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers; Earl, Herman, and Raymond & wife Nadine Rendleman. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, May 6, 2002 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. The Revs. JK Tiffin & Alan Milligan will co-officiate. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Carterville. Visitation will be held Monday, May 6 from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
