Mr. Terry Lee Robinson

Herrin- Terry Lee Robinson, 61, of Herrin, passed away at 6:30 PM, Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.
Terry was born on June 23, 1953 in Herrin to Roscoe A. and Edith Margaret (Bartlow) Robinson.
He worked as a machinist and performed various other duties within Norge/Maytag for 39 years. After the plant closed he went back to school and studied small engines.
Terry was protestant and loved to fish for channel catfish with his friends and family along the river and plant his wonderful flowers and roses.
Survivors include-
Step son- Timothy Schaffer of Marion
Step son- Terry Schaffer of Nashville, TN
Sister- Helen Sue Ruzich and husband Paul of Johnston City
Brother- Al Robinson and wife Lucinda Darlene of Mulkeytown
Sister- Sandy Atwood and husband Lanny of Energy
Several nieces, nephews and cousins
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister- Betty Laffoon, nephew- Greg Robinson and niece- Eunice Robinson.
A Memorial graveside service will be held at 4:30 PM, Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Blairsville Cemetery. Rev. Don Colson will officiate. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at the graveside. Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home assisted the family with memorial arrangements.
