Marion- NANCY LITTLE STEELE, age 82, of Marion, passed away at 7:35am on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at her home in Marion.
Nancy was born in Energy on August 11, 1929, the daughter of Dave and Myrtie (Pressley) Clendenin. She married James Little, Sr. in Sturgis, Kentucky on January 3, 1949. He preceded her in death on June 17, 1987. She later married Vernon Steele in Marion. He also preceded her in death.
Nancy attended the Otis Street Trinity Pentecostal Church in Marion. She was a seamstress and a homemaker.

Daughter- Brenda (Jim) Radcliffe of Marion
Son- Larry (Pat) Little of Marion
Daughter- Sandra (Larry) Stanton of Spillertown

Sister- Midge Jearlds of Marion
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands- Rev. James (Jimmy) Little, Sr and Vernon Steele, daughter-in-law- Janet Little, granddaughter- Angela Shearer, five brothers- Theodore, Roy, Shorty, Dee and Bob Clendenin, and her sister- Neva Hamel.
Nancy will be missed by her many family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. J.R. Woods officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home.
