Neto J. Teruggi

Illinois- Neto J. Teruggi, 82, of Barrington, IL, formerly of Herrin and Des Plains, IL, died August 13, 2001 at his home. Mr. Teruggi was born on January 25, 1919 in Herrin to Angelo & Isabella (Tergetto) Teruggi. He married Virginia G. (Morgan) Teruggi. Neto was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. The Elk's and VFW Clubs, and was a WWII US Army Veteran. SURVIVORS: Son & daughter in law- Michael A. & Debra Teruggi- Barrington, IL Four Grandchildren: Scott & his wife Debbie Weber Craig & wife Amy Weber Michael Teruggi Angela Teruggi Seven Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and one daughter; Judie Edwin Weber. A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 23, 2001 at Herrin City Cemetery. Monsignor Kenneth Schaefer will officiate. A time of gathering will be held from 9:30 AM until time of service Thursday at the Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association and will be accepted at the funeral home. Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin is in charge of local arrangements.
