Ollie F. Clark

Marion- OLLIE FLORENCE CLARK, age 97, of Marion, passed away at 1:50pm on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Ollie was born in Smithland, Kentucky on August 28, 1910, the daughter of Lorenzo and Emma (Stone) Potts. She married Jewel P. Cotton Clark on October 12, 1929 in Wason, Ohio. Together, they shared forty nine years of marriage, until his death on March 4, 1978. Mrs. Clark was a homemaker and was had retired from Allen Industries in Herrin. Survivors include one brother- Carlton Potts of Lafayette, IN One sister- Martha Levi of Marion, IL Six nephews-Carlton and Judy Potts of Lafayette, IN Johnnie and Susan Potts of Greenfield, IN Stephen and Dorene Potts of West Lafayette, IN James and Jill Potts of West Lafayette, IN Henry White of Indianapolis, IN Don Levi of Chicago, IL One niece- Louise Levi of Marion, IL Ollie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband- Jewel, two brothers- James and Johnny Potts, and one sister- Anna Drinkard. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Sunday, November 11, 2007 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ledbetter, Kentucky with Pastor Carlton Potts II officiating.
