Oscar Bud Snider, 70, passed away on Monday May 7, 2012 at 2:54 P.M. at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield.
Bud was born December 6, 1941 in Williamson County the son of Herman and Allene (Blumenstock) Snider. He married Carolyn Sue Grimes on June 4, 1960 in Marion and together they have been blessed with over 51 years of marriage.
He working career was with First Computer Services of Paducah and United Computer Services in Marion, he also worked in construction. Bud was a member of Grange Hall Freewill Baptist Church, where he had attended his entire life and has served as a church deacon for over 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Daughter Marsha Cato and Sister Betty Mercer.
Funeral services will be Thursday May 10, 2012 at 1 P.M. at Grange Hall Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin McNeely and Rev. Dale Billingsley officiating. Burial will follow in Grange Hall Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5 8 P.M. at the church. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
