Patricia Ann Carney

Herrin- Patricia Ann Carney, 62, of Herrin, passed away at 4:15 AM, Friday, September 10, 2010 at Kindred Hospital in Sycamore, IL. Patricia was born on August 14, 1948 in Herrin to Clarence H. & Christine M. (Stacy) Williams. She married Thomas J. Carney on March 15, 1984 in Herrin. He survives of Herrin. She was a protestant and enjoyed camping with friends and family and playing bingo and cards. Survivors include- Husband- Thomas J. Carney of Herrin Son- Donald Ragsdale, Jr. of Johnston City Daughter- Rebecca L. Roethler & husband David of Marion Daughter- Brenda L. Ragsdale of Herrin Step Daughter- Danielle Warden & husband Doug of Zeigler Step Son- Curtis Carney of Kentucky Step Son- Tim Carney & wife Cassie of Minneapolis, MN Step Daughter- Audrey Isaac of Minneapolis, MN Twelve Grandchildren: April Wyatt Gary Ragsdale James Ragsdale Cheyenne Smith Montana Ragsdale David Roethler III Kristi Roethler Kassidy Roethler Kaci Roethler Zachary Warden Malcom Isaac Charles Ayinde Great Grandchild- Curtis Wyatt Sister- Mary Sadie Tolbert of Herrin Several nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her parents, brother- Richard Williams and sister- Brenda Paige. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Don Colson will officiate. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service, Thursday at the funeral home.
