Patricia G. Cerutti

Herrin- Patricia G. Cerutti, age 85, of Herrin, passed away at 10:45am on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at ShawneeNursingCenter in Herrin.  Patricia was born in St. Louis on June 12, 1929, the daughter of Nicholas and Josephine (Giarraffo) Vitale. She married Victor Cerutti in St. Louis on April 8, 1945. He preceded her in death on December 12, 2001.  Mrs. Cerutti was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Herrin. She was a homemaker.  Survivors include three sons- Nicholas and Cheryl Cerutti of St. Louis      Thomas V. Cerutti of St. Louis      Louis V. Cerutti of St. Louis Granddaughter- Nichole and John Jackman of St. Louis Two Great Grandchildren- Sienna and Gia Jackman of St.Louis  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three brothers- Sal, Vincent, and Don Vitale.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, November 10, 2014 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Monsignor Ken Schaefer officiating. Burial will follow at SanCarloCemetery in Herrin. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home.  For those who prefer, memorial donations may be made to OLMC Education Foundation.
