Ferges- Pauline Mae Parks, age 100, of Ferges, passed away at 10:10am on Friday, February 21, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Pauline was born in Saline County on January 21, 1914, the daughter of Spiller and Addie (Stevens) Turner. She married Blaine Parks in Paducah on June 11, 1939. He preceded her in death on November 17, 1972.
Pauline was a loving mother, mother-in-law, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Parks attended Arnold View Baptist Church. She enjoyed her time spent at the Addus Evergreen Club in Marion. Pauline loved quilting, spending many Mondays at the Marion Senior Citizens Quilting Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, infant daughter- Wanda Parks, two sisters- Ester Springs and Adaline Anderson, and three brothers- George Turner, Howard Turner, and William Turner.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, February 24, 2014 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Ivan Ryan officiating. Burial will follow at Coal Bank Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm on Monday, February 24, 2014 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion.
