Phyllis A. Frey, 80, of Marion, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Integrity Healthcare of Marion.
Phyllis was born July 10, 1940 in Marion the daughter of Lawrence and Aline (Farmer) Radcliffe. She married Kenneth L. Frey on February 23, 1957 in Marion and together they shared over 62 years of marriage. He preceded her in death on June 14, 2019.
She was a member of Center Baptist Church. Phyllis was an avid quilter who loved making quilts for all of her family.

Kate and Jackson Kever, Dustin Dotson, Colten Savant, Tayler and Kiley Issler, Eli Vickery, Lauren Baine, Tate and Addy Vickery, Asher and Silas Loucks

Preceded by her Parents, Husband – Kenneth, Son – Jason Frey, Infant Brother – Lawrence Lee Radcliffe.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 1 pm at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Cutsinger officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
