Phyllis Florence Duffy

Phyllis F. Duffy, age 90, of Marion, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at her residence.

Phyllis was born September 11, 1931 in LaMoure, North Dakota, a daughter of Clarence R. and Florence C. (Hansen) Johnson. Phyllis recently moved to Southern Illinois, from the Chicago area, to be near her daughter Maureen.

She is survived by four children, Maureen L. (Gregory) Sanders of Marion, IL, Michael E. Duffy of Downers Grove, IL, Joseph A. (Katrina) Duffy of Texico, IL, and Shawn (Stacey) P. Duffy of Salem, IL; one sibling, Wesley (Mary) Johnson of IN and sister-in-law; Sue Johnson of AZ; her fourteen Grandchildren, and one Great Grandchild. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Kathleen A. Duffy; her parents, Clarence R. and Florence C. Johnson; and one brother, Calvin Johnson.

Burial will be at Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien, IL. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
