Herrin-Phyllis L. Voss, 77, died 2:12 P.M., Friday, July 11, 2003 at Herrin Hospital. Phyllis was born March 17, 1926 in Titusville, Pennsylvania. She married Richard H. Voss. He preceded her in death on October 1, 1997. She was a seamstress, bookkeeper and a restaurant manager while she was employed. She was of the Catholic faith.
