Marion Rebecca J. "Becky" Barnett, 18, of Marion passed away on June 16, 2002 at 4:15 P.M. at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis Missouri. Funeral services will be held at Mitchell-Hughes funeral home on Thursday, June 20, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Kevin McNeely officiating, burial will follow at Grange Hall Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Camp Jericho Freewill Baptist Church Camp near Pulley's Mill. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Becky was born December 31, 1983 to Kenneth and Terry Lee (Snider) Barnett in Marion, Illinois. She graduated from Marion High School on May 23, 2002. Becky was a member of Grange Hall Baptist Church. Becky is survived by her parents, Maternal grandmother Allene Snider of Marion, Paternal Grandparents Lory and Doris Barnett of Creal Springs, Two sisters and brother in laws, Teresa and Mark Snyder of Marion, Melissa and Lonnie Phillips of Marion, two nephews, James Michael Smiley and Mason Dale Phillips, both of Marion.
