City- Robert Don Clark, 74, of Johnston City, passed away at 4:25pm on Thursday, January 12, 2005 at Herrin Hospital.
Robert was born on May 29, 1931 in Herrin, IL to Lester and Julia (Long) Clark. He married Alma Jean Cochrane on February 16, 1990 in Paducah, KY. She survives in Johnston City.
Robert was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Marion. He retired from the US Air Force after serving for twenty years. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He worked for Diagraph Bradley for ten years prior to his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother; Charles Bockie Clark, uncles; Leon Long and Elbert Ebbie Long, and one brother in law; George Kranzelak.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 PM, Sunday, January 15, 2006 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Marion. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at the church. Military rites will be performed by the Marion VFW & American Legion Posts. Inurnment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City at a late date.
