He was born on June 6, 1966 in McHenry, IL to Curtis Messamore & Judith (Taylor) Holderfield. He was a laborer & enjoyed his family, camping & fishing. Survivors include- Mother- Judith Holderfield & husband Mack of Bush Son- Dusty Messamore of Zeigler Brother- Kevin Jeralds, Sr & wife Kimberly of Bush Brother- Kenneth Taylor & wife Gloria of Charlestown, IN Twin brother- Donald Messamore of Bush Brother- Curtis Dale Messamore, Jr. & wife Karen of Carterville Half sister- Karen Messamore of Johnston City Half sister- Teresa Messamore of Johnston City Half brother- David Messamore of Marion Half brother- Wayne Messamore of Marion Step sister- Christine Johnson- West Frankfort Step sister- Sharon K. Morris of Benton Step brother- Willie Holderfield of Benton Close friend- Janice Sloan of West Frankfort Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins He was preceded in death by his father & one daughter- Brittany Curtright. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 12, 2007 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Don Colson will officiate. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 Am until time of service, Friday at the funeral home.
