Sandra Kay Skelton

Carbondale- SANDRA KAY SKELTON, age 58, of Carbondale, passed away at 2:46pm on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at her home in Carbondale. Sandra was born in Chicago on January 23, 1954, the daughter of Charles and Ruth (Lieser) Hamrick. She married Leroy Skelton in Carbondale in 1985. He survives. Other survivors include her daughter- Kimberly Swinkumas of Carbondale Three granddaughters- Amanda Swinkumas of Carbondale Tabatha Swinkumas of Cobden Samantha Baker of Carbondale Great grandson- Kaden Miller of Carbondale One great grandbaby on the way Sister- Nancy Williams of Chicago Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and one son- Shawn Swinkumas. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Monday, April 16, 2012 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. Frankie Starrick officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Buncombe. Visitation will be held from noon-2pm on Monday at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
