Scott Logan Turner, 51, of Marion passed away on Thursday, March 04, 2010 at 6:33 A.M. at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Scott was born October 3, 1958 in Marion the son of Junior Lee & Shirley (Launius) Turner. He formerly worked along side his parents at the family business, Turner TV Store in Marion. Scott is survived by his: Parents Junior Lee & Shirley Turner of Marion Brother Lonnie Turner and wife Kay of Johnston City Sister Leisa Starrick of Marion Brother Jason Turner and wife Christina of Marion Niece Molly Turner of Johnston City Niece Michelle Childers and husband Randy of Goreville Nephew Jarod Starrick and wife Shannon of Murphysboro Nephew Corbin Turner of Marion Nephew Gavin Turner of Marion Great Nieces Daisy & Lucy Childers of Goreville Great Nephews Shane Starrick of Murphysboro Graveside services will be Saturday at 12:00 P.M. at New Spring Grove Cemetery with Rev. Shorty Alsip officiating. Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until the time of departure for the cemetery on Saturday at the funeral home. For those who prefer memorials may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
