Shelby J. Rawhoof

Shelby J. Rawhoof, 71, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 8:20 A.M. at her home in Marion. Shelby was born April 20, 1937 the daughter of Samuel & Clare Morrison in Bailington, Tennessee. She married Bobby Rawhoof, Sr. in Rockford, Illinois and he preceded her in death on November 21, 2001. She was a homemaker and had retired from ACHS where she assisted the elderly. Shelby was of the Baptist Faith, she was an avid sports fan especially the St. Louis Cardinals and Detroit Pistons. Survivors include: Son Bobby Rawhoof, Jr. of Rockford Daughter Kelli Neuman and husband Mike of Marion Three Grandchildren; Justin, Brittney and Courtney Rawhoof of Rockford Two Brothers; Jerry Morrison and wife Hellen of Arkansas Charles Morrison and wife Betty of Tennessee Several Nieces and Nephews Preceded by her Parents, Husband, Sister Ruth McClean, Two Brothers Bob Morrison and Harry Morrison. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Dr. Bob Dickerson officiating. Burial will follow in Dutton Chapel Church Cemetery in Golconda. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
