Steve Joe McKinnies

Marion Steven Joe McKinnies, 58, passed away on Monday, April 05, 2010 at 1:45 P.M. at Herrin Hospital. Steve was born January 5, 1952 in Carbondale the son of Carl & Violet (Warren) McKinnies. He lived his entire life in Spillertown and worked at the H Group. He enjoyed sports and especially loved spending time with his family and friends. Steve is survived by his; Mother Violet McKinnies of Marion Five Brothers; Michael Gene McKinnies and wife Jane of Mt. Vernon Jim McKinnies and wife Winetta of Willis, Michigan George McKinnies and wife Megan of New Castle, Indiana Keith McKinnies of Marion Tom McKinnies of Anna Three Sisters; Delores Yarbrough and husband Jack of Flossmore Janice Arnold and husband Nathan of Cape Coral, Florida Carla Underwood and husband Don of Evansville, Indiana Preceded by Father and Brother Jack McKinnies Funeral services will be Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 11 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Dr. Bob Wagner officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 9 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
