Tanya Jo Simmons

Herrin- Tanya Jo Simmons, 69, of Herrin, passed away at 9:49 PM, Friday, April 5, 2013 at HerrinHospital.  Tanya Jo was born on October 18, 1943 in Murphysboro to James and Virginia (Clark) Simmons.  She was Baptist and worked for Franklin-Williamson Human Services in West Frankfort.  She was always upbeat and enjoyed sharing stories with friends and visiting with family members.  She will be missed by those that knew and loved her.  A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, April 15, 2013 at MaplewoodCemetery in Marion.  Rev.
