Marion- THOMAS M. HALL, age 81, of Marion, passed away at 1:22pm on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Thomas was born on June 12, 1928 in Freeman Spur, the son of Otto and Beatrice (Chandler) Hall. He married Carmen Glenn in Herrin on July 24, 1948, She survives in Marion. Survivors include his wife- Carmen Hall of Marion, IL Daughter- Elesa and Mark Ballard of Marion, IL Daughter- Carla Hall of Albuquerque, NM Two Grandchildren- David Ballard of Marion, IL Crystal and Charles Robertson of Marion, IL Two great grandchildren- Jaden and Dylan Robertson of Marion, IL Brother-in-law- Ronald Campbell of Butler, PA He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Herrin City Cemetery with Dr. Bob Wagner officiating. Friends and family are asked to gather directly at cemetery.
