Herrin- Timothy Michael McCall, 18, of Herrin, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Herrin Hospital.
Tim was born on January 14, 1998 in Carbondale to Thomas W. and Rita (Counce) McCall. He just finished his junior year at Herrin High School and was set to enlist with the United States Army Airborne Infantry Division on June 9, 2017 at Ft. Benning.
He worked as an insider at the Herrin Dominos for the last two years. He was dedicated and dependable and will be missed by his fellow co-workers. He was baptized as a member of the Herrin First Church of God. He had a big heart and several close friends and enjoyed playing games on his Playstation 4. He cared about animals and enjoyed spending time outside working with his dad. He will be deeply missed by those that knew and loved him.

Aunt- Kimberly Jeralds and husband Kevin of Herrin
Nephew- Landon Severs of Herrin
Nephew- Jayden McCall of Zeigler
Nephew- Eli Thomas of Zeigler

He was preceded in death by his grandmother- Janice McCall, Grandparents- Byron and Leona Counce and one brother- Travis McCall.
A celebration of Tim’s life will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the Herrin First Church of God (901 N. 3rd St./ Herrin, IL 62948). Pastor Dan Smith will officiate. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM, Tuesday, at the church and extend until time of service at 7:00 PM. Inurnment will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Egyptian Memorial Gardens in Herrin. Memorial services were arranged by Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
