FREEMAN SPUR- Tommy Loyd Edwards, 18, of Freeman Spur, died at 9:00pm on Tuesday October 25, 2005 due to injuries sustained in a bicycle accident. Tommy was born on December 5, 1986 in Carbondale, IL. He is the son of Elsie E. and Scotty McClure of Freeman Spur, IL. Tommy attended the First Pentecostal Church in Herrin. He loved to fish with his brother and special cousins, James Edwards and Jimmy McClure. His goal was to serve his country in the United States Armed Forces. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends and will be forever in their hearts. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Herrin. Visitation will be held from 5-9pm on Friday October 28, 2005 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home.
