Tonja Kaye Peebels

Simpson- TONJA KAYE PEEBELS, age 42, of Simpson, IL, passed away at 10:20pm on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Tonja was born in Marion on April 10, 1967, the daughter of Clive Lemasters and Carolyn Owens. She married Scott Peebels in Simpson on May 10, 2009. He survives in Simpson. Tonja was a homemaker. Survivors include- Husband- Scott Peebels of Simpson, IL Son- Jason Lemasters of Marion, IL Son- HM3 Robert Hartwell, USN of 29 Palms, CA Step son- Joe Peebels of Rock Springs, WY Step Son- James Peebels of Herrin Mother- Carolyn Owens & husband Keith of Marion Father- Clive Le Masters of Creal Springs Sister- Tina Heusing & husband Tom of Ft. Mills, SC Sister- Teresa Smith of Marion Sister- Tamara Susie Aaron & husband Brandon of Harrisburg Brother- Scott Owens & wife Shandra of Marion Brother- Justin Owens & wife Megan of Carrier Mills Brother- Tyler Owens & wife Audra of Creal Springs Maternal grandmother- Lorine bell of Sturgis, KY Step Grandchildren- Rylee, Harmonee & Landon Peebels of Rock Springs, WY Father in law & mother in law- Ronald & Ellen Peebels of Simpson Grandparents- Norman & Joyce Owens of Marion Numerous nieces and nephews Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather- Charles Bell and paternal grandparents- Cynthia & Floyd Lemasters. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 PM, Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion. Rev. Mike Hood and Rev. Jeff Owens will officiate. A time of gathering will be from 10:30 am until time of service, Wednesday at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion.
