Orient, IL- Valley Bigfoot Eugene Mays, 67, of Orient, IL passed away Friday July 16, 2004 at 9:30 am at his home in Orient, IL. Visitation will be Sunday July 18, 2004 from 6-9 pm at the funeral home with Masonic Rites at 7pm. Funeral Services will be Monday July 19, 2004 at 1:00 pm at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Denning Cemetery in Orient, IL. Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin is handling all arrangements. Mr. Mays was born December 31, 1936 in Herrin, IL to Valley D. and Geneva (Keeler) Mays. He married Justina (Harrod) Mays on November 19, 1994 in Freeman Spur, IL. She survives.
