William L. Adams

Marion- WILLIAM LEWIS ADAMS, age 44, of Cape Girardeau, passed away at 9:10am on Thursday, November 25, 2010 at his brothers home in Dongola. William was born in Elgin on December 19, 1965, the son of William and Emma (Corzine) Adams. He married Kathleen Guest. She survives. William worked as a cook at various restaurants. Survivors include two granddaughters- Shyarianna and Tierra Adams Mother and Step-Father- Emma and Leon Edwards of Goreville, IL Three Brothers- Ron and Cathy Taylor of Dongola, IL Bob and Rachel Taylor of St Marys, GA Tim Burch and Jennifer Poff of Anna, IL Sister- Cynthia and Patrick Pierce of Lansing, IL Several Nieces and Nephews Memorial services will be held at 11am on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the Community Chapel Church in Marion with Rev. Don Colson officiating. His ashes will be scattered in the Mississippi River at a later date. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with memorial arrangements. For those who prefer, memorial donations may be made to the Dialysis Department at St Francis Medical Center.
